1. Your Participation

• Our work, including emotional release, NLP coaching, somatic practices, breathwork, and group programs, is educational and supportive, not medical or therapeutic care.

• You are fully responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Listen to your body, and seek professional care when needed.
   

2. Age Requirement
Participants must be 18 years or older.

3. Confidentiality & Respect

• Group sessions are a safe and private space. Please respect others and maintain confidentiality.

• Recording or sharing session content without permission is not allowed.

• Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from sessions or programs, with no refund.
   

4. Purchases & Payments

• Prices are listed at checkout and may include single sessions, group programs, or digital materials.

• Payment plans are your responsibility to complete. Missed payments may pause access.

• Due to the personal and digital nature of the work, all sales are final unless stated otherwise.

 
6. Technology & Access

• You are responsible for internet connection and devices for online programs.

• We are not liable for technical interruptions outside our control.

 
7. Intellectual Property

• All content, including guides, exercises, videos, and materials, is owned by Cassandra Daher.

• Materials are for personal use only. Sharing, selling, or teaching without permission is prohibited.
   

8. Liability

• Cassandra Daher carries professional liability insurance.

• You understand that results vary, and you are responsible for your own choices and outcomes.
   

9. Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada.
